I talk to a lot of makers who want to start getting daily sales on Etsy. And it’s a great first goal! But there are some surprising side effects to hitting that mile marker.
So what are they? Keep reading to learn all about them and how I can help you reach that goal!
The Snowball
Etsy takes your previous sales history into account when they are determining where you should rank in search. They call it your listing quality score. So the more sales and good reviews you get, the higher you rank in search.
So as you get more and more frequent sales, you move up in buyer searches more, and then you get more and more frequent sales. It’s a snowball effect that gets bigger and bigger.
Now if you don’t have a sales history yet….don’t panic. We all start from zero so this doesn’t mean you can’t ever rank for popular searches. It just means you need your SEO strategy down correctly.
The Confidence
There’s nothing like that confidence you get from hitting your sales goals every month. And when those sales roll in day after day, you start to realize that you can hit your goals on Etsy. That you can be successful. More successful than you ever could have imagined.
Your goals get bigger and better. You allow yourself to dream about what you really want. Whether that’s to go full time, make six figures, make seven figures. It’s all possible and you know you can achieve it.
The Obsession
Once you realize your goals are possible, you want to start achieving them as soon as possible. It’s super easy to become obsessed with your shop. This is where your ability to prioritize the tasks that are most important for moving your business forward are most important. Focusing on the big picture and not the time wasters. So you can get where you want to go as quickly and efficiently as possible.
So now we get to talk about how to get you to daily sales on Etsy. Grab a copy of my 5 part framework for daily sales here. It’s my proven, step by step framework that I use (and my students use) to get sales every single day.
