Etsy draft listings can be a really useful feature for your Etsy shop. So how and why should you use them? And how do you find a draft listing after you save it? Keep reading to learn more.

There are a handful of reasons why you might use draft listings on Etsy:
To plan out your product lines before listing all products
To publish a full product line all at once for a special or limited edition launch
To make edits to your SEO as you complete your keyword research for a product
How to create an Etsy draft listing
To create a draft listing on Etsy, you'll want to click “Add a listing” on the top right-hand corner of your shop manager to create a new listing.
Alternatively, you can also copy a listing that's already published.
Once you make the edits needed to your draft, you will be able to click the “Save as draft” button at the bottom right side of your page.
How to find your draft listings
After you've saved a few draft listings, you can find them by heading to your shop manager and clicking on “listings” as shown below on the left-hand side of your screen.
Then you'll be able to click on the “Draft” option on the right-hand side of your screen to see all of your draft listings.
How to publish draft listings
To publish an Etsy draft listing or multiple all at the same time, you can select your listings to be published from the drafts menu and then hit the “Publish” button at the top. All of the drafts selected will then be published and be eligible to be found in Etsy search.
If you get an error message, make sure that all of your listing information has been included in each listing you are trying to publish. You will want to connect a shipping profile to each listing, fill in your tags, titles, and descriptions, and include inventory information.
You will be charged a listing fee for each listing you make active on your Etsy site and publish at this time.
