I talk to so many sellers who aren’t making any profit at all, much less paying themselves. And you cannot grow your business or even think about going full time until you get it under control. Because, helllllooooo burnout, right?

I highly recommend the book Profit First. This book got the systems in place for me to create a business that supported me no matter what. It’s definitely one of the smartest moves I made before going full time. It’s not easy to set up…but it’s worth it!
